Registration Fees

To complete registration for the conference all speakers and participants must follow the steps below:

  • Create your account on Registration bookmark.
  • Log in and book services on Payment bookmark
  • Finalise payment (registration fee and abstract submission fee)
  • After making the payment you will receive the invoice.
 
PLEASE NOTE:
1. All participants, sponsors or exhibitors are required to register to the conference via the conference website: HERE

2. After completing the Registration Form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an individual login, which will be used to log in again, make a payment or check the status of your orders.

3. After completing the form, the system automatically redirects you to the Service Selection tab (Payment)  where you must select your orders and make a payment. 

4. Both Online and On-Site registrations are available via the Online Registration Form on the website: HERE 

5. When your registration process has been already made before this official announcement about online format of the conference for those who cannot come to Kraków, please update your registration data and choose Your Participation type at the conference: HERE

6. Terms and deadlines:

  • Registration deadline: On-Site or Online participation:  till March 20th, 2022

  • Approximately one week before the conference you will receive an email with a link to the event.
 
 
Payment methods
Payment methods:

 

  • ​​​​Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon booking). Please indicate your name and  transaction number (TID) on your bank transfer.
  • Credit card (online payment - Dotpay)
Proforma invoice is sent automatically after your order. Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email.
All additional charges and fees associated with the bank transfer have to be covered by the payee.   
Cancellation Policy:

 

  • Before 6th January 2022 - 100 % fee amount minus EUR 150,- of handling fee is refundable.
  • Between 7th January - 20th March 2022 - only 50% of fee amount is refundable.
  • After 20th March 2022 - payment is non-refundable.
